Charming, Family-Friendly Cabins and Lodging
Nestled in the woods of North Carolina are six cozy and relaxed cabins and one expansive ranch house, each with its own character. These lodgings relish in the serenity of the woods, the purity of the creek, and the playfulness of the forest animals to create a peaceful, enjoyable family vacation.
The real charm of Seven Foxes is composed of a perfect play between old and new. Unlike other properties in the area, we purposefully don’t offer ultra-modern homes, as we believe those can be found anywhere in the world. Instead, we offer an authentic mountain cabin experience. For example, The Bear Cave cabin was featured in New Old House book by Ed Knapp. We scour local flea markets and antique shops to collect just the right “finds”. As a result, guests are treated to a nostalgic style of interior design to compliment the rustic appeal of the property.
Current owners, Peter and Liz purchased Seven Foxes in September, 2021. Peter and Liz are honored to be a part of the Seven Foxes story and are enthusiastically caring for the property by adding additional living space, expanding decks with additional hot tubs, and refurbishing shared public spaces.
Liz and Peter love the property. When they first set eyes on Seven Foxes they were struck by the trails that former caretakers, Bill and Linda had made, and the care that former owner, Marilyn had so clearly given. They plan to continue forward with the same care and concern for all the guests of Seven Foxes. Their shared goal is to make guests’ time at Seven Foxes as special as it can be. We are excited about the future of The Cabins at Seven Foxes.
